Awaken provides mental health case management as approved and overseen by OMHSAS/Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH) standards. Medicaid/Community Care Behavorial Health Approved. (Co-Occurring Disorders - Mental Health/Substance Abuse - Also Accepted.)
